Updated Patient Survey/WebView

We have added a few additional questions to our patient survey to help us have more details on how we can provide a good experience with our office. If there is an urgent complaint or inquiry, please don't hesitate to call the office manager. 

Don't forget to log in to your WebView! You may be able to save a call to our office and cut down on hold times by messaging our Medical Questions, Billing, or Records Departments. Online scheduling requests are quick and easy. All you have to do is put in your desired time, date, and appointment reason and we call you to let you know what appointments are open.

Online Payments/WebView

We have added a "Make a Payment" page to our website through PayPal. This is a convenient way to securely pay on your bill online if you can't come into the office or make a call. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment and will not be required to make an account after making a payment. If you do have an account that's fine too!

The kick off for WebView is going well. If you haven't signed up for WebView yet and would like to, stop in to the office to get registered. It's a great way to view your medical records securely online and to communicate with us or make appointment requests.

For your convenience there is a WebView agreement form on our "Forms" page that you can print, fill out, and bring in to the office. We have to accept them in person due to privacy and security reasons. Anyone 18 years of age or older must sign up themselves.

Our office is excited to add new processes to improve your experience with us. Please give us a call if you have any questions.

Launching WebView March 1st 2011

We will be launching our patient portal next week. The agreement forms will be available in our office to fill out and we will get you set up to start using a WebView account. WebView will enable patients to:

• View their medical records online
• Send general messages
• Make appointment requests
• Register as a new patient

Due to privacy reasons we can't set this up over the phone. Come in and visit us to get signed up!

Patient Satisfaction Survey Now Posted.

We have posted a patient satisfaction survey on our website to help improve our interaction with patients and workflow in the office. Simply go to http://www.drkarenevans.com/ and select the link that says "Patient Survey." The survey is completely anonymous and does not  give us any information other than the answers to the questions. Your feedback is important to us!

New Forms Section and Web View Coming Soon!

There is a new forms page on the website containing records releases as well as forms to update your information in our system. This is a more convenient way for patient's to access these forms without having to make a special trip or to wait on having them mailed.

Web View is an online portal that allows patients to access their medical records via an internet connection on our website. You will be able to access your medical records with our office from the comfort of your own home. We will make an official announcement when Web View is ready to use and look forward to sharing this module with our patients.

Office Hours Changing on Wednesday's

Effective January 19th, we will be changing our office hours on Wednesday's to 8am-5pm. Kim Penland will be seeing patients from 8:30am-4:45pm.
